In-tents adventures

Lifestyle

Heading into the great outdoors for some summer family camping fun? Well, now you can be prepared for anything with these amazingly versatile tents. Camp in the lap of luxury without needing a pack mule to carry your gear!

Orange Solar Tent

Designed by Telecom Orange and Kaleidoscope Design Consultancy, the Orange Solar Tent features cutting-edge technology. The tent is manufactured from photovoltaic fabric which captures sunlight during the day and converts it to energy that can be utilized to power your campsite. The tent also contains a groundsheet heater; an element woven into the fabric of the groundsheet that heats the tent from the bottom up. Now you can charge all your gadgets with solar power, control them all with the wireless control hub and have indoor lighting to boot.

The Treepee

A fantastic concept, this Treepee tent is so easy to set up. It raises you off the ground which means you don’t have to worry about flooding or sleeping on rocky surfaces. It’s like sleeping in a treehouse, but with the sensation of being in a hammock. Corner tethers can secure the tent for those who prefer a more stable sleeping arrangement. The lightweight fabric is UV and water resistant. Gauze windows allow you to let the cool breeze in while keeping the critters out. A built-in pulley system allows you to easily erect the Treepee in a matter of minutes. Simply find a suitable tree, hoist it up and voila!

The JakPak

Since you have to haul your tent along with you on long hikes or canoe trips, why don’t you just wear it? With the JakPak, you can. This amazing one-person tent starts off as a jacket and turns into a tent and sleeping bag combined. The JakPak is made of breathable, waterproof urethane coated ripstop nylon. Through a series of cleverly constructed Velcro-secured chambers, the jacket portion of the JakPak can fold out onto a body bag/tent. No see netting will keep the critters out while allowing you to breathe easy.
