Savvy shopping for Canadians in New York City

Mogo blogger Jill Duke is about to outline some great shopping tips for The Big Apple. See how she spends and shops (and maybe saves?) her way through New York City as a Canadian on the move. Ahhh. But now as temperatures drop (finally!) the outdoor skating rinks [http://www.toronto.ca/parks/skating/outdoor-rinks.htm] owned by the City of Toronto are fully operational and open to the public. The Nathan Phillips [http://www.toronto.ca/city_hall_tour/nps.htm] skating rink outside of city hall is w
